The Wattbike is the most advanced static bike available. It was designed for elite cyclists, but its features benefit users of all fitness levels.

It feels exactly like a road bike, in an enjoyable and effective way.

Pedalling a Wattbike works all the muscles in your legs. The flywheel construction requires every muscle to generate power at different points through the circular motion of each foot. Therefore it will shape and tone your legs like no other indoor bike.

Monitor your performance and progress thanks to Wattbike’s ability to record 39 parameters 100 times per second. The Performance Computer on each bike displays only the key information for the cyclist through seven different views.

The Wattbike is designed so that you can replicate the setup of your road bike exactly on the Wattbike. It feels like riding a real bike on the road or track thanks to a unique design and gives you an amazing indoor cycling experience.

Our set up allows you to train alone or in a group as well as participate in great classes lead by trained Wattbike instructors to help you get the most out of your session, with the fun and motivation of group exercise.

Use the powerapp on your smartphone to view and record realtime data during your session then upload it to powerhub to analyse and share. There is even Strava integration! This will totally transform how you train and learn.

All our class styles give a fitness buzz with a performance edge. As with anything; only if you measure it, can you improve it. We coach using your Wattbike power data. This gives absolute proof - and satisfaction - that you are getting better. Ride with us if you are training to lose weight and tone up for the summer. The Wattbike is definitive. They are calibrated and accurate enough to be trusted by British Cycling teams and Olympic Champions in many sports. Your own fitness deserves the same attention to detail.

If you are new to the Wattbike your instructor will help you understand the basics of what to look for on your display, and recommend a comfortable effort level to make it through your first class.

Each Wattbike shows your left leg versus right leg power ratio. It creates a cyclical shape on-screen of how your power is distributed through every single pedal-stroke. This will help you improve your cycling technique and efficiency.

You also see your power output in Watts in real-time every pedal stroke. This number is the ultimate feedback to motivate you while you train, and maybe fire your competitive spirit in class.

The Wattbike is inspiring because it provides these precise measurements that will show you are improving. Even if your goal is general fitness and improving your body-shape you can benefit from how the Wattbike has revolutionised indoor cycling. Our Facility

Our studio is equipped with 8 of the latest Wattbike Pro models. The facility features a state of the art sound, lighting and video projection system. Using the Wattbike software we can arrange races, set the screen to show everyone’s performance and you can play a video, for those looking for something more ‘full on’. You can also hire the room for a private session, where we can provide an instructor or you can provide your own instructor!

There may be scheduled classes that are not on the timetable during free-ride slots, so please check with staff if you wish to use the studio during these free-ride slots.

What do I need to bring to a session?

  • A towel to have in the studio with you.
  • Suitable clothing to exercise in – you don’t necessarily need cycling shorts but it will be more comfortable if you do use them
  • Cycling shoes – the Wattbikes have pedals with toeclips/straps as well as SPD clipless pedals. If you want to make sure that you can use your own cycling shoes, bring your own pedals. Trainers are perfectly Ok but you will find it easier and more comfortable to use cycling shoes, especially if you do a lot of cycling.
  • Water bottle – you will sweat a lot so rehydrating is important. If you don’t have a water bottle we sell them in our shop


All of our sessions are 1-hour in length and class options are listed below.

Wattbike Induction - £25.00

These are one to one or group sessions which must be completed by all those intending to use our Wattbikes. These inductions will add great benefit to your training schedule. Theses sessions are designed for both old and new users of Wattbike. Following induction you will be able to book on and use a Wattbike effectively in a Pedal & Pay or Instructor led sessions.

Pedal & Pay Sessions - £14.00

Pedal and pay sessions are designed for those who have completed the induction and wish to train on their own rather than through an instructor led class.

Instructor Lead Classes - £20.00

These classes are designed for those that wish to train under the instruction of a qualified Wattbike coach. The uniqueness of Wattbike means that different abilities can all take part in the same instructor led classes following the Wattbike induction. We offer a Ladies only instructor led classes, please see the booking page for dates and times.

Block of 5 Sessions - £45.00

Pedal and pay sessions are designed for those who have completed the induction and wish to train on their own rather than through an instructor led class.
